  Where do I even begin. This place is the worst. I planned a birthday party that was a disaster. The staff were beyond uninformed on what the party consisted of. There is a $20 charge for a host who was no help at all. I constantly had to go to the counter for assistance. The party was cleaned up with the help of another parent not to mention the one girl who did come help told us the next party is here so you have to leave....keep in mind we still had time remaining in our slot. NEVER AGAIN will I book with them nor do I suggest anyone else who doesn't have the patience for ignorance to use there services. This was the biggest waste of $300 and my plan was to tip the host but she was never there when needed.

  We had a blast! It was great experience for the kids. A lot to do. The only con was big kids running around where younger kids were trying to enjoy themselves. Great customer service.

  This place is in a prime location for all people visiting Biloxi MS! For locals here the birthday party packages are a must! Great prices and even better service! The booking process from the beginning to the end was perfect! Party host here are top notch and deserve every penny they get plus more!!
