  I booked a room at the golden nugget for spring break. The pros- very nice rooms, beautiful pool, and phenomenal room service. The cons- I'm 21 and my girlfriend is 19. It took us 45 minutes to get to our room because every entrance was at the casino. I understand she doesn't need to be near the casino, but there should not be this much trouble to get to the room. After talking to two different security officers, the third one finally gave us a way to our room. It's a very nice hotel, but I have to explain myself to security anytime we go down the elevator just to go to the car and leave and when we come back.

  The room was beautiful. Very clean. Great view. Comfy bed(firm with pillow top?) Litterally my only complaint is I didn't like the complimentary toiletries. And it can be a hike to your room as they want you to go through the casino and such. Still a 5 out of 5. Would stay again.

  Golden Nugget has a decent player's card program -sign up before you play! As with any casino, go in with the cash you're prepared to lose and no more. We happened to do breakfast and dinner at different restaurants at the Golden Nugget the same day. Service was slow, but the food was pretty good, especially the sushi at Lillie's. If I go back, I'll probably stay at the hotel and try a couple's spa package and I'll update the review then.
